In case of damaged or misidentified images:

• Send us the photo of the print/product ordered and the package image. This will help in replacement.
• Replacement items for damage in shipping or misidentified images will be honored within a 14-day return for replacement period unless otherwise noted.

•         Please allow 3-4 weeks for all replacement orders.
• Claims for missing products must be reported within ten days from when the item is shipped
